• You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• You will use the service responsibly and ethically

2. Service Description

Cureanix provides:

• Digital prescription management and creation tools
• AI-powered medicine recommendations and drug interaction warnings
• Patient history and record management
• Print and export functionality for prescriptions
• Analytics and reporting features

3. Your Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Verify all AI suggestions before prescribing
• Ensure accuracy of all patient information entered
• Comply with medical ethics and local healthcare regulations
• Use the service only for legitimate medical purposes
• Report any bugs or security vulnerabilities immediately

4. Prohibited Activities

You may NOT:

• Share your account with unlicensed individuals
• Use the service for fraudulent or illegal activities
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the platform
• Sell, rent, or transfer your account to others
• Create prescriptions for yourself or family members inappropriately
• Scrape or automatically collect data from the platform

5. Liability and Disclaimers

Important limitations:

• AI Recommendations: AI suggestions are advisory only. You maintain full professional responsibility for all prescriptions.
• Service Availability: We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
• Data Accuracy: While we maintain accurate drug databases, you must verify all information.
• Medical Liability: Cureanix is a tool; final medical decisions and liability rest with you.

6. Payment and Subscription

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel anytime, effective at the end of the billing period. Refunds are provided according to our 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. All fees are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and exclude applicable taxes.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activities, or pose a security risk. Upon termination, you will have 30 days to export your data before it is permanently deleted.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Significant changes will be communicated via email 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
